So so many wonderful, unexplainable things out there. How was everything created? How do our bodies know how to keep us alive? How do the animals know how to survive? Like the little ants that know exactly where food is even though it is so far from their nests.

Quiet yourself,close your eyes,listen to the sounds all around. The beautiful singing of the birds,the ruffling of the trees in the breeze. The smells of the flowers.

What draws two people together? How is it possible to love someone so much that it feels like you could die if that person wasn’t there? That intense soul deep love.

The animals that only mate with one partner & stays alone if that partner dies? How do they know to do that? Like humans who have that deep connection & love with someone until one partner passes away & stays alone until they themselves pass away.

How wonderful,how glorious. So blessed to be alive,to enjoy life’s miracles. Animals & humans share life in such a miraculous way & love their chosen partners until death. So many similarities between animals & humans.

Slow down & enjoy all the wonder,all the miracles around us.

So today I want to talk about us over thinkers. It is such a difficult way of life!

My mind doesn’t stop! I’m always thinking of different scenarios to situations,it drives me crazy! My boyfriend unfortunately doesn’t understand it and gets quiet frustrated. I have tried to stop the thoughts to no avail.

When something happens it goes over & over in my mind,even dreaming about it. Each scenario slowly over & over.

The worst is that I am an Empath so I feel everyone’s emotions. On a daily basis I deal with my own emotions & others. I feel others emotions as if they are mine. It turns my life upside down.

One thing I have found that helps is meditation but, the busy life I lead makes it very difficult to do everyday so I decided on these blogs. Needing somewhere to put my thoughts & hoping it would help me sort them out.

So on the 30th June was the 1st year anniversary of my Mom’s passing. A year later and I still have the boutique that was on her coffin. I just can’t bring myself to get rid of it.

I have been an emotional mess since 30th June and really struggling to pull myself out of it.

It is the worst feeling! I sobbed the whole way to work this morning – realizing that I have no-one to turn to. I need to try deal with my thoughts,emotions and daily living on my own and it’s really killing me inside. Can’t talk to anyone who will just listen,try understand what I’m saying and how I’m feeling.

I miss our calls and daily dinners together. After a year I still want to call her.

I can’t stop the tears today,can’t get rid of this gut wrenching feeling I’ve had since the 28th June, can’t stop this terrible terrible heartache!

This life is so cruel! I have always said that man kind are the worst on earth.!

People are more interested in themselves. Relationships have changed – so many deceiving their partners and cheating. So many hiding things from their partners knowing what they are doing is wrong and disrespectful towards their partners and relationships. Social media has made it so easy to cheat, just so sad that people do. If you want loads of women/men then stay single then you can be with as many as you like. It’s that easy!!! If you want to be in a relationship then leave others alone you don’t need them!!

In friendships,family life and gatherings proper communication has disappeared, its all wats app and sms. So sad. You go to a party etc but,no-one’s really talking they’re all on their cells.

Social media is so fake in so many ways. People lie and cheat. It has caused heart break and ridiculous fights unnecessarily.

Life is so short and is gone quicker than you can blink, so people stop being selfish, deceitful, dishonest, etc. Start thinking how you would feel if it was your child/mom/dad that is being treated that way – would you accept it or would you tell them it’s time to cut ties? If it was you being treat that way – how would you feel? What would you do? However you would feel and whatever you would do, you should expect to happen to you if you don’t treat people right.

So think! Every action has a consequence – what is yours going to be? When you die – what legacy will you leave behind? What will people remember?

So today at the age of 47 I did a boudoir photoshoot.

Being over weight and not feeling as beautiful as I did in my youth I was nervous but,wow!!! What an experience and it has helped me look at myself like I did when I was younger, beautiful & sexy. So all you ladies that are overweight & don’t feel good about themselves anymore,even those ladies who are thin & have good bodies but,don’t feel good about themselves do a Boudoir photoshoot.

I promise you’ll look at yourself differently & like what you see. Your confidence will definitely be boosted!
